Introduction

The High Filler Compounding Extruder is used in injection moulding, blow moulding, film (single or multi-layer), sheet and tape applications. Firstly, due to lower raw material costs, as they are often more economical than polymer resins. Secondly, filler masterbatches can be added at rates of up to 68% in injection and blow moulding applications, but most usual levels are between 5 and 30%. Nothing is more important than the improved solderability and printability that can be achieved with our products.

Firstly, our drive components are made from high-quality materials, including super-alloy carburised steel, carburised and hardened, ground tooth processes and tooth face strengthening. As a result, they ensure high torque, high precision and low noise levels. Secondly, we also have a heater design, which guarantees high heat transfer efficiency and a long heater life.
